A great opportunity to broaden your experience and even to upskill in a niche food scene, which can provide an exciting change to the standard work/life routine most often associated with kitchens. You’ll be responsible for helping to deliver a quality Italian—Australian Alpine dining experience to hotel guests and the wider Mt Buller community, whilst getting to enjoy plenty of time on the slopes of an iconic Australian ski resort, as long as you are able to manage your time effectively and make sure that our diners are delivered a truly unique snow experience seven nights a week during the whole winter season.
