Winter 2018 was a great one all round, but there’s always room for improvement.
Alpine Retreat Mt Buller’s mission is to deliver a fantastic snow experience and memories that will last a lifetime for all our winter guests and our staff too. We are lucky enough to call a special and exciting landscape our home and these are sentiments that we want all who stay with us to take away from their time here. We value our heritage and seek to emulate the unpretentiousness and sense of community of the old ski clubs by offering a comfortable and unique Australian accommodation experience representing great value for money in Australia’s Alpine area.
Now, as we move into the summer planning phase of our operation, we’re looking at changing some things for next winter. And while we have a lot of ideas about where we can improve, we want to make sure that our vision is in line with yours, our valued customer’s.
So we’ve created a Customer Satisfaction Survey with an aim to gauging opinions and feedback and would be ever so grateful if you could spend 3 minutes of your time completing it for us. We’re also offering a little incentive in the form of a 30% off code for a stay next winter at either Alpine Retreat or Sugarbush Lodge and, best of all, the chance to win a 3-day stay in an Alpine room at Alpine Retreat to all those respondents who include their contact details, bookable any time of the season (subject to our availability)!
