Where were you when the world's number one surfer, Mick Fanning, nearly got eaten by a shark? New Head Chef, Matt Coca, has been working his magic in our Dolomiti Italiano restaurant, spoiling Mt Buller diners with a delicious menu hailing from across Italy and the European alpine region.
