Hello and welcome to our onboarding process…

By now you should have received your contract of employment with Avalanche Alpine Holdings Pty Ltd or Alpine Food & Beverage Pty Ltd, the companies that own and operate the Alpine Retreat Mt Buller and Off-Piste Bar.

We are very excited to welcome you to the lodges on the 26th of May. Hopefully these pages will give you a little more information about what to expect when working for us at the snow, and of what we expect from you over the course of the season. There’s a lot to take in but please stick with it – it is all very relevant and will help get us off to a great start.

what to do now

Before all that, though, please note that your signed contract, your employee paperwork and your bond payment will need to reach us by 10th May 2019 in order to set you up in our payment system by the start of the season. Please make sure that this is all filled out correctly and in full as mistakes are often hard to identify and rectify.
